Students take part actively in sports and games. There a Sports Officer who spots the talents and nurtures them in their individual games. Kho-Kho, Kabaddi are the major games, follows by Soft ball, Cricket, Football, Volleyball,Athletics and others . The College has contributed immensely in all these years to the university team is various sports, as Students have found place in the teams in almost all the Sports mentioned above.
There is a separate NCC unit for boys and girls with a sanctioned platoon strength of 54 each. Vacancies are filled after shortlisting the aspirants who far outnumber the sanctioned strength. The cadets appear in their 'B' and 'C' certificate examinations which give them additional privileges in their careers. The two units are separately headed by a Commissioned NCC Officer in the Army wing for SD [Boys] and a Caretaker in [SW] Girls.
An NSS unit with a sanctioned strength of 100 cadets take part actively in Social Service Activities. The unit is headed by a trained Programme Officer of the NSS.
The college also has a Red Cross Society that acquaints the students with its objectives of Social Service and conducts frequent visit to Orphanages, Old-Age homes and hospitals, apart from holding blood donation camps. All the three i.e. NCC/NSS and the Red Cross also actively participate in the dissemination of information to society on matters of hygiene and sanitation and creating a general awareness on many issues in society.
