Institute haswell established carrier and counselling cell. Most of students come from ruraland semi-urban background and do not have access to information and trainingfor their career. College provide free training and access to materials forcarrier counselling.

Programs relatedto competitive examinations are regularly organized. English speaking andgrammar workshops are organized.

In collaborationwith CITCON Chhattasagrh Industrial and Technical consultancy Raipur every yearEntrepreneurship Awareness Camps are organized. External experts join trainingprograms and information on elements and finance of basic entrepreneurship is given.Every year a field tour is organized to nearby factories for hands-on training.

In govtsponsored MCAT program, 1 month training was organized and some students gotselected in various companies.

Expert coachingand guidance lectures are organized. Quiz,GK test, Personality development andstress management are integral part of curriculum.

Library hasseparate section on competitive exam books.
